We will accompany you on your journey of self-exploration through movement, meditation and awareness without neglecting the lightness of a good glass of wine and lots of laughter in company.

Programme in detail
- Thursday 11.04: Arrival in the afternoon with accommodation in the rooms and use of the relaxation area and wellness centre. Group dinner and programme presentation. After dinner herbal tea in company on the terrace with a small guided meditation in the silence room by Alexandra with sounds and visualisations to begin our journey together.
- Friday 12.04: 6 a.m. meeting for cold stream practice (optional), 7 a.m. meeting with the whole group for sunrise yoga practice by Alexandra (approx. 45 min). From 8 a.m. breakfast at the facility. 10 a.m. departure on foot as a group to Maso Vender where we will conclude the morning with a functional workout by Stefano Voinea. Packed lunch outdoors with relaxation time in the countryside. In the afternoon, group activities and sports games organised by Alexandra and Stefano. Return to the hotel around 5 p.m. with the possibility of using the hotel's services in the wellness centre area. 7 p.m. Buffet dinner in the wine cellar with pairing and tasting of 3 local wines. After dinner, meeting in the relaxation area with wellness centre, swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and chatting around the fire under the stars.
- Saturday 13.04: meeting early for breakfast at dawn outside the hotel, departure for trekking on the Maddalene accompanied by Fabrizio. Arrival at the lake and cold therapeutic bath (optional) with a break of about 30 minutes. Arrival at the Maddalene refuge with a stop for lunch as a group. Return to the hut in the afternoon with free time until dinner. Dinner at 7.30 p.m. as a group and meeting at 9 p.m. on the terrace for individual group work to create a personalised souvenir summarising the experience. Around 10.30 p.m. exclusive show with acrobatic holds and fire games by Stefano and Alexandra to leave a unique memory.
- Sunday 14.04: 6.30 a.m. group run (optional), 7.30 a.m. dynamic yoga practice (about an hour), breakfast from 8 a.m. and departure at 9 a.m. in a group (optional) for last walk all together before saying goodbye pre-departure. Note: Possibility of Sunday 14th buffet lunch in a restaurant at €15.00, or take-away basket at €10.00 per person. Possibility of booking massages or additional hotel services in advance in the hours free of group activities. (The catalogue of services will be delivered after confirmation of participation). Possibility of changes of activities depending on the weather (more info nearer the date).
The offer includes:
- 3 overnight stays from 11 to 14 April in a double or triple room (Supplement double room for single use € 20.00 per day (maximum 3);
- 3 Buffet breakfasts, with homemade cakes and pastries, local cold meats and cheeses, and many specialities to pamper the palate;
- 2 lunches, Friday packed and Saturday in the mountain hut;
- 2 dinners served at the table with a choice of chef's recommended menu, traditional or vegetarian, vegetables and desserts from the buffet. Celiac or Vegan menus* on request;
- 1 aperitif with tasting of three glasses of wine
- Drinks with meals (1/2 l water and ¼ l house wine, excluding other drinks, other wines and coffees);
- Use of our Bianca Oasi Wellness Centre. The Centre is equipped with a Swimming Pool and Whirlpool Area, Sauna Area with Finnish Sauna, Biosauna, Turkish Bath and Relaxation Area with herbal tea corner and fresh fruit, "Baita del Silenzio", outdoor relaxation area, outdoor Whirlpool with view;
- Use of Wifi;
- Free parking spaces around the hotel;

*Reservation and cancellation policy
A deposit of € 120 to be paid by 15 February will be requested at the time of booking. In case of cancellation within March 20th the deposit will be returned, from March 21st to the day before arrival the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no show or early departure the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
