Nordic walking in Trentino with an instructor: hiking in the Dolomites for everyone

To ensure that you get the most out of your walking holiday, you have at least two options: Nordic walking -- which the Trentino province is perfect for thanks to the shape of the land -- and hiking, which is a veritable dream in the Dolomites.

If you choose to stay at Hotel Cavallino Bianco you'll benefit in both cases, because we're a hotel that is actually designed for walkers and because we're part of the Dolomiti Walking Hotel circuit. In addition to offering organised weekly excursions, our hotel can also boast Fabrizio and his son Simone are a nature guides and Nordic walking instructors.

Nordic Walking in Trentino
You can set out with Fabrizio and Simone on excursions with Nordic walking poles and learn this technique that is touted as being therapeutic. It is a light exercise that develops strength, stamina and mental wellbeing. The environment around us is one of the best places for Nordic walking in Trentino: 3 new trails set off right from our hotel in Rumo. These include an easy route of 3.8km and 2 of medium difficulty spanning 8 and 9km respectively. On these trails you can work out and have fun at the same time!

Hiking in the Dolomites, in the Non Valley
If you prefer hiking over Nordic walking, the Dolomites and the Non Valley will not disappoint: The Maddalene Mountains are crossed by the Grand Italian Trail and there are countless options for everyone. From families with children to experienced hikers, everyone is welcome to walk in the Non Valley.
