Our kitchen is opening its doors
Our chef Daniel holds a cooking course once a week that aims to teach you how to best make use of traditional Trentino products when preparing delicious dishes. The course is held in the afternoon, from 5.00 p.m. onwards, so that even our guests who have spent their day on the mountainside can take part.
Searching for mushrooms
As you well may know, mushrooms are typically found in the Non Valley. Recognising them is not easy, but cleaning and cooking them is a real art. This is a passion of ours also: during mushroom season we go to pick them together and in the afternoon we learn how to cook them in the kitchen with Betty.
Cooking, kid-style: pizza, biscuits and a lot of fun!
We can't say that these are traditional Trentino products, but they are treats that kids adore, as everyone knows. So why not take advantage of your holiday to get your kids involved in making them and learn how to make pizza and biscuits together!
